This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the "Synapse: Simple Writing" mobile application, provided to you free of charge.
Effective Date: November 30, 2025
1.1. This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legal agreement between the User and the Developer (Nurdin), concerning the use of the "Synapse: Simple Writing" mobile software application (hereinafter "Application").
1.2. The Application is provided to the User under a gratuitous, non-exclusive license. The act of installing and/or using the Application signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
2.1. Gratuitous and Non-Exclusive: The Developer grants the User a right to use the Application free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is non-exclusive and valid worldwide.
2.2. Term: The license is effective until terminated by the User ceasing to use the Application, or by the Developer terminating this Agreement.
2.3. Restrictions: The User shall not: * Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application or the rights to use it to third parties. * Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application. * Use the Application to create competitive products or for any unlawful purpose.
3.1. The Application is provided to the User "AS IS". The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, accuracy, or fitness of the Application for any particular purpose.
3.2. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
3.3. User Content Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for the content of the notes created and for their backup and storage.
4.1. The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always available in the Application's "Settings" section and at [Insert EULA URL here].
4.2. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes the User's acceptance of the new terms.
