Synapse - End-User License Agreement

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) is a public offer that defines the terms for using the “Synapse” mobile application (hereinafter — the “App”), developed by Nurdin Sayakbayev (hereinafter — the “Right Holder”).

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Right Holder grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended functional purpose.

2. License Terms and Code Protection

2.1. Right Holder's Rights: The source code of the App is the proprietary intellectual property of the Right Holder.

2.2. Brand and Trademark: The name “Synapse,” logo, and corporate elements are the trademark and intellectual property of the Right Holder. The User is prohibited from using the “Synapse” brand for publishing modified or unmodified versions of the App in any app stores or public repositories.

2.3. Prohibitions: The User is strictly prohibited from taking the following actions: * Decompilation and Reverse Engineering: Attempting to obtain the source code of the App or its parts by any means. * Modification: Making any changes to the code or structure of the App. * Distribution: Distributing, selling, transferring, or sublicensing the App to third parties.

3. Responsibility for User Data

3.1. Local Storage: All data created by the user within the App (notes, settings) is stored in the local memory of their mobile device.

3.2. Disclaimer: The Right Holder does not have access to the User's local data and is not responsible for its loss, damage, or deletion resulting from device failure, software errors, or User actions.

4. Paid Services and Advertising

4.1. All terms related to Paid Subscriptions and Ad Display are governed by the App's Public Offer.

5. Privacy

5.1. All matters related to the collection, storage, and processing of data are governed by the App's Privacy Policy.
