Effective Date: November 30, 2025
This Public Offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) determines the terms for providing paid services (Subscription) and displaying advertising materials within the “Synapse” mobile application.
1.1. The Right Holder offers the User the right to use additional App functionality (Subscription) or gain access to it in exchange for viewing advertising materials (Ads).
1.2. Acceptance of the Offer (Acceptance): The Offer is considered accepted by the User upon taking one of the following actions: * Purchasing and paying for a Subscription. * Voluntarily activating the Ad viewing mode.
2.1. Service Description: The Subscription grants the User access to the extended App functionality... which includes, but is not limited to: Writer's Cards Mode, Footnotes, Necessary Conditions Mode.
2.2. Voluntariness and Support: Payment for the Subscription is a voluntary action by the User aimed at receiving Premium Features and financially supporting the App's development.
2.3. Cost, Term, and Payment: The cost, term, and auto-renewal conditions for the Subscription are set on the subscription checkout page in the app store. The User acknowledges that the Right Holder does not store or process payment data.
2.4. Cancellation and Refunds: All matters related to Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the rules and policies of the respective app store. The Right Holder does not process refunds directly.
3.1. Consent to Ads: The User may voluntarily activate the Ad viewing mode in the App.
3.2. Third Parties and Liability: Advertising materials are provided by third-party advertising networks. The Right Holder is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or quality of goods/services advertised by third parties.
3.3. Privacy: Third-party advertising networks may collect anonymized technical data. The terms for collecting this data are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
4.1. This Offer is an integral part of the App's End-User License Agreement and supplements it regarding financial relationships.
